Once this is complete we will be able to provide more details related to specific jobs, living arrangements, employee benefit packages and other items of interest to potential employees. 

Once construction has started, we anticipate that it will take 44 months of work before Freedom Ship is ready to launch.

 As you might imagine, our need for skilled employees will change as the Project progresses through the initial pre-construction work of setting up the construction site, ordering the materials required to build Freedom Ship, and various phases of building the Ship. 

During the year prior to Freedom Ship's scheduled launch we will begin hiring personnel to operate the ship, hospital, school, churches, casino, security department, and various other onboard services and facilities. 

We don't have a listing of job positions but there will opportunities for applicants in a wide variety of areas.  There will be many Freedom Ship staff positions to be filled to provide the services required to support Freedom Ship's 40,000 permanent residents, 15,000 hotel guests, 20,000 employees, and as many as 30,000 visitors per day.  Additionally, there will be other opportunities for employment with the various private businesses and organizations onboard the ship. 

In general, we will need many of the same employee skills required to run a city with an average population of 100,000 people.

We have been overwhelmed by the number of people who share our vision of working and living on Freedom Ship.
